Sample Personality Profiles: Working It Out

Your Personality Self-Portrait reveals your own unique amalgam of 14 individual styles. Dominant styles shape your experience most obviously, although many exert an influence, sometimes in their absence, sometimes through conflicting tendencies, sometimes in multiplying strengths.

As the following vignettes illustrate, you can achieve your goals managing your own inner strengths as well as deficits, which perhaps you already do, however unknowingly. Your relationships, at home or at work, may also contribute balancing influences from an external source that enable you to achieve greater potential.

The Group Self-Portrait provides a combined Personality Self-Portrait of a couple or team. When you click on the following profiles, note the combination of individual results for each member, in different colors. Along with the text, this will provide a unique view of how you function together. Running your cursor over the combined chart will highlight the pattern of each individual as well.
